North Beach Trail Improvement Project
Repairs are coming to the North Beach Trail
The North Beach Trail is undergoing construction starting this June to repair the deteriorated joint sealant on the path.
Construction will begin Thursday, June 5th, 2025 and will take place in sections beginning at the northern limits of Santa Monica. During the construction in each section, signage will provide direction for pedestrian detours and any closures. Temporary closures of either the pedestrian or bike lane may occur, but one lane will remain open at all times. Please slow down and be mindful of pedestrians and construction zones. The repairs will finish near Bay Street on August 5th, 2025.
