Development Project Community Meetings
Applicants are required to host a community meeting prior to submittal of a development application to the City. Check out the page above for information on recently held or upcoming applicant led community meetings.

Status of Housing Administrative Approvals
The link above provides plans and applications for recently submitted and approved housing projects that were processed under new streamlining measures.
Housing Progress Dashboard
The information in the dashboard shows multi-unit housing and mixed-use projects that are pending, approved, under construction, or completed. Details regarding the type of housing, project status, and affordability mix are also provided in the Dashboard above.
Builder's Remedy
Since April 30, 2023, the City received a total of 16 Builder's Remedy project applications. On May 9, 2023, the City entered into a settlement agreement for 13 of the 16 projects. For information on these projects check the above link.
