10th Anniversary Celebrations at the Annenberg Community Beach House Kicked off Last Weekend

Close to 200 people came out and participated in an aerial photo of the Beach House’s iconic beach ball.
Thank you to everyone who came out last weekend that kicked off summer-long festivities for the Annenberg Community Beach House’s 10th Anniversary.

About the Annenberg Community Beach House
The Annenberg Community Beach House at Santa Monica State Beach is owned by the State of California and operated by the City of Santa Monica. The Annenberg Community Beach House is made possible by a generous gift from the Annenberg Foundation, at the direction of Wallis Annenberg, and in partnership with the City of Santa Monica and California State Parks. Additional funding was provided by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. The Beach House story is one of evolution from private to public, starting with the development of the property at 415 Pacific Coast Highway as an opulent private estate of silent film star Marion Davies in the 1920s.
