Santa Monica is a community committed to protecting the environment and our beautiful coastline. Santa Monica residents have always put values to action and this is true in the area of water conservation. 

With two years of extreme dry conditions, Governor Gavin Newsom is now asking Californians to voluntarily reduce water consumption by 15%. Because of Santa Monica resident efforts during the last drought, Santa Monica has already made great strides in conserving water. Together, we can do more!
