Citrus Orchard Care and Management Workshop

Join us for our Annual Citrus Care and Maintenance Workshop at the Ishihara Park learning Garden.

In partnership with the LA County Master Gardener Orchard Management Team, Herb Machleder, Daniela Roveda and Jeff Warner will give guidance on proper care of your citrus trees, including tool maintenance, pruning techniques, disease and pest management, as well as fertilizing and water needs.

Please consider bringing your own chair to listen to our experts as well as gloves and clean pruners if you would like to get some hands on experience.

Coffee and refreshments will be ready at 8:30 AM if you'd like to check out our garden and composting system prior to the workshop.

Workshop starts promptly at 9:00 AM.
