DASH Run Studio

DASH is a fitness studio designed for the "athlete" in all of us. We run because we're human. Some run for health, others run to relieve stress. Whatever your reason, you run YOUR race. DASH will help you cross your finish line. Each workout is between 30 and 45 minutes and uses heart rate monitors to track your progress. We have 5 different workout formats, each tailored to your specific needs and goals. Come and experience a run and strength workout like 0 other! We will be the best part of your day, every day!
