Pier Electrical Utility Relocation

The Pier Electrical Utility Relocation Project relocates the electrical equipment that is currently situated in a utility room directly under the Bridge. The equipment serves businesses on the Pier. In preparation for the upcoming demolition and reconstruction of the Pier Bridge slated to begin late 2025, this equipment would be relocated out of the way of construction to a new, permanent location in the Beach Parking Lot 1N. 

The City has contracted with Doty Bros. Equipment Company to perform the utility relocation work. 

Construction is anticipated to start in early March 2025 and be completed in September 2025.
