Santa Monica Public Library presents Finding Your Balance:

Santa Monica, California – Get an early start on your New Year’s resolutions to improve your wellbeing at this workshop on Saturday, December 5 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room at the Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.
Finding Your Balance: Strategies to Improve your Wellbeing, led by three UCLA healthcare practitioners, is a three-part, interactive workshop that explores the keys for ensuring a balanced body, mind and spirit. Justin Laube covers “East-West Medicine Approaches to Self-Car and Well-being,” Matthew Konersman addresses “Fall Prevention: Building a More Balanced Body,” and Natalie Bell discusses “Finding Balance and Reducing Stress Through Mindfulness.”
This program is presented in collaboration with UCLA Healthcare 50+ and is a free program. Space is limited and on a first-arrival basis.
