at Santa Monica Public Library

Santa Monica, California – As part of its ongoing celebration of Women’s History Month, Santa Monica Public Library is pleased to present Women of Mystery, a discussion between mystery/thriller authors Alison Gaylin and Shari Shattuck on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Library’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Auditorium, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.

Alison Gaylin is a USA Today and international bestselling author, known to mystery fans for her chilling psychological thrillers, most notably the Brenna Spector series of novels. Joining Alison to discuss the new book is Shari Shattuck, an actress famous for her roles in Dallas and The Young and the Restless, who parlayed her natural storytelling skills into a career as a mystery writer. A Q&A with audience members follows. Both authors will participate in a book sale and signing following their discussion.
