Harvest Festival

Santa Monica, California – Children and their families are invited to a Harvest Festival celebrating fall festivals from many cultures, including Halloween, Diwali, the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival and Day of the Dead, at the Santa Monica Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Boulevard. The Harvest Festival takes place on Saturday, October 22, from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. and will include world dance performances, computer fun, a costume parade and crafts. The program is free and fun for the whole family. Everyone is encouraged to come in costume!
The festivities begin at 12:00 p.m. with fall holiday crafts and computer programming games. At 1:20 p.m. join our family costume parade to the Martin Luther King Jr. auditorium for a 1:30 p.m. performance by Santa Monica College’s world dance company, Global Motion.
