Energizing Qi Gong

Santa Monica, California – Join us for this introductory program on Qigong, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017 in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Auditorium at the Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.
Qigong is an ancient, Chinese healing art involving meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. Learn the basics in this exhilarating and energizing program. Jack Neff has lead more than 1,000 students in over 700 classes of Qigong and T'ai Chi Ch'uan since 1992.
This program is free and all ages are welcome. Space is limited and on a first-arrival basis. This is an event of The Living Room …a place for adults program series.
