The fitness and wellness guru who goes simply by Zakiya has looked to the oceanic ambiance of her hometown and created FitFlyFreeForever, a wellness community for Santa Monicans aspiring to be their healthiest selves. The entrepreneur started her business two years ago as a path for women to tap into healthier lifestyles but has grown to a clientele of individuals and small groups of all backgrounds looking to be as fit, fly, and free as they can be forever!

Why open a business in Santa Monica? Why not?  This is where I live, breathe and THRIVE!  Being close to the beach, which I like to refer to as Yemaya, the river goddess of the Yoruba people of Nigeria, is an added wellness bonus.  Our little city by the sea has so much to offer when it comes to wellness, so it excites me to be able to do the work I do!

What types of services are offered? 4F is a wellness community.  We offer coaching programs in nutrition, health and wellness for small groups and individuals that are designed to work with the "whole person" and not just pieces of the person. 4F uses a wholistic approach to wellness.

Info for Santa Monica community to know about us: 4F was birthed over two years as a wellness community for women 40 years and wiser.  It has grown into a community for couples, families, and anyone who is looking to begin or enhance their wellness journey.
