Santa Monica PAL Halloween Spooktacular

Each year, the Santa Monica Police Activities League (PAL) creates a wonderful family-friendly free event and safe haven for the community on Halloween evening - October 31st. Our Halloween Spooktacular will be at the PAL Youth Center.
