On Friday, June 21st from 4PM - 8PM, join the Santa Monica Mid City Neighbors organization presenting Mac Nix, Kyle Spleiss, Tom Nolan, and the Santa Monica Youth Rock Band. This concert is part of the Make Music Los Angeles festival, a global celebration of music observed in 800 cities across 110 countries on the summer solstice.

Santa Monica celebrates music-making on the summer solstice on June 21st by inviting the public to three free outdoor concerts and joins Make Music Los Angeles in encouraging anyone to pick up an instrument and play.

Make Music Los Angeles is a global celebration of music observed in 800 cities across 110 countries on the summer solstice inspired by France's Fête de la Musique. The city of Santa Monica has participated in the regional celebration since its inception in 2012 and provides support to neighborhood associations to present outdoor concerts.
