The Draft Suitable Sites Inventory

We’ve conducted a preliminary analysis of the high potential housing sites in Santa Monica based on the methodology presented to City Council in December 2020. This is the first cut of potential housing sites and is subject to change as the Housing Element update process evolves and other factors that affect suitable housing sites are considered.
