Other City-Owned Spaces - The City also owns and operates a limited amount of commercial space (primarily retail, restaurant, and surface parking lots for outdoor events) in and around the downtown area and Pier beach area. The City utilizes a "Request for Proposal" (RFP) process to solicit business interest in leasing or licensing the use of the commercial space. We encourage interested businesses to register at ProcureNow in order to be notified of any RFPs that may be issued.
