How to Apply for a Rent Control CIVICS Account

CIVICS is our new, online portal for you to file registration forms, petitions, and applications for fee waivers and exemptions entirely online. A CIVICS account is required to use the system. You can request your account today, and as soon as we have configured it for you, we'll send and email with login instructions.

To request your account, please complete this simple CIVICS Request Form.

    Note: If you are a property owner or manager, you can let us know which properties you own or manage, and we'll connect them to your account. Once it's configured, we'll send an email to the address you provide with how to access your account.

  2. Wait for an email from us explaining how to log in

    As soon as we have configured your account, you will receive an email with login information. Please note that until we send you your login and temporary password, you will not be able to use CIVICS.
