How to Renew Your Airport Badge

To renew your Airport badge, please see the steps below:

Please follow these steps to renew your badge:

  1. Is Your Badge Close to Expiration?

    You can renew your airport badge within one month of its expiration date or thereafter. Please check to see if your badge falls within the date range described.

  2. Visit Airport Administration Office

    Visit the Airport Administration Office, and a staff member will assist you.

  3. Happy Flying!

    Once your airport badge is renewed, you can continue using it as normal. Happy flying!

  2. Complete Badge Application

    Please download and complete the badge application.  Copies or pictures of the application will not be accepted; only digitally-signed PDFs will be accepted.

  3. Email Completed Badge Application to Operations Team

    Email the completed application to our Noise & Operations Team. One of our staff members will contact you if:

    • Additional information is required.
    • Proof of a valid driver's license is needed.
    • The form is processed and your gate badge has been renewed.

  4. Happy Flying!

    Once your airport badge is renewed, you can continue using it to access the airfield. Happy flying!
