How to Schedule an Appointment for the Permit Services Center Public Counter

NOTE: The Building & Safety public counter will be closed Wednesday, December 13 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

The following public counters are available at the Permit Services Center for counter consultation and other services identified below.

Permit Specialist (building permit issuance, fee payment (check or credit/debit card only).
Building & Safety (Building Codes consultations/general questions, review/approval of Same-Day Review project types)
City Planning (Zoning consultations/general questions, review/approval of Same-Day Review project types). Submittal of planning applications must be occur using the virtual service.
Mobility (Roadway Closure permit, temporary 'No Parking' signs)
Civil Engineering/Public Works (Use of Public Property permit, Sewer Connection permit, review/approval of Same-Day Review project types)
Business License (applications and renewals, Street Performer permit, contractor release submittals)
Treasury (tax payments and other miscellaneous payments)
Utility / Billing & Collections (billing for water, sewer, and Resource Recovery & Recycling)
