Accessing City Documents and Data

The City of Santa Monica is committed to transparent and open government practices. On this page, you can find our Public Records Request Center and public records available on our website. We respond to requests within 10 calendar days from receipt and state if responsive records exist. In some cases, a 14-day extension may be necessary. If there are responsive records, they will be made available within a reasonable amount of time and following applicable payment for photocopies.
