Coming soon!

Property owners will soon be able to file this form entirely online using our new Civics system! Early in 2022, we plan to introduce Civics, which, along with our Look Up a Rent feature and online Document Portal, completes our Rent 20/20 program to provide users full visibility into our rent tracking and property records. Each user will need to create a Civics account. Users will then have a custom dashboard where they will be able to see everything they’ve filed online, search for documents, view and respond to notifications, check processing status, pay registration fees, and more. To sign up, please visit How to Get a Rent 20/20 Civics Account.
