PAL Fitness Programs

PAL’s fitness programs encourage participants to be healthy and physically active, promote bonding and teamwork and expose participants to new sports or activities. The PAL Fitness Gym located at Virginia Avenue Park features boxing and martial arts classes for youth ages 8-17. The PAL Youth Center features other fitness activities such as biking, hiking and a running club that annually trains to run in the LA Marathon.
