Vendors are selected via a City bid process (RFP).

Applications are not accepted outside of the City bid process and late applications are not accepted.

Visit Santa Monica's OpenGov Page and click subscribe.
When the bid is open, fill out the application.

Make note of the application closing date. Late submissions are not accepted.
The bid will include details about requirements and mandatory document uploads. Uploaded documents must be .jpg, .doc, or .pdf only.
Review answers and submit the application.

After all completing the application and document uploads, click "submit" on the last page of the online application.
Once the bid has closed, selected vendors will be contacted.
