Apply to be a Food Vendor at the Farmers Market

The 2026 application process for Santa Monica Main Street and Pico Farmers Market has closed.

Applications are not accepted outside of the City bid process.  

Anticipated date for the 2027 application process is Spring 2027.






Continue the Process:
  1. Set up an OpenGov Procurement account.

    Prospective vendors may register at any time.  Click here to register with OpenGov Procurement.

  2. Subscribe to the City of Santa Monica's OpenGov to receive email notifications of bid opportunities.

    Visit Santa Monica's OpenGov Page and click subscribe.

  3. When the bid is open, fill out the application.

    Visit the City of Santa Monica OpenGov page and click on the bid opportunity

    Make note of the application closing date.  Late submissions are not accepted.

    The bid will include details about requirements and mandatory document uploads.  Uploaded documents must be .jpg, .doc, or .pdf only.

  4. Review answers and submit the application.

    After all completing the application and document uploads, click "submit" on the last page of the online application.

  5. Once the bid has closed, selected vendors will be contacted.
