Environmental Review
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA - Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq) requires a Lead Agency to analyze and disclose the potential environmental impacts of a proposed discretionary project. Ministerial projects (e.g., administrative approvals) are not subject to CEQA.
